I am very happy with the way this interaction went. David came over to my house to give me an estimate on the same day I called him after finding his ad. Very competitive price compared to the other quotes that I got. He was very upfront, transparent and professional, so I decided to go with Afrusun. In just a few days, they were here to install my unit. The team was very professional, thorough, clean, and hard working. It was a long project but they never stopped smiling and politely answering any questions I had. They made sure I was informed and satisfied with each step before they proceeded and finalized things.

We were referred to David and Afrusun, by my partner's Mom's friend, whom had also helped out my partner's Mom and her furnace concerns. My Mom's furnace broke down on a Friday. We called David of Afrusun, and he was able to come out on the Saturday, and check out what was going on. His team was able to come out on the Sunday, and install the new furnace for my Mom! She had heat again by the end of the weekend! David and his team were fantastic! They were responsive and on-time and amazing to deal with! We would refer them to others in the future!

Afrusun was very responsive, they arrived just hours after I called. The two techs were honest and knowledgeable and were happy to help. I will call them the next time I need support.
